Each item is handmade and one of a kind, so variations are part of its uniqueness. Refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged due to shipping.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact both us and the shipping company within 48 hours of receiving the product so we can assess the issue.
